A veteran technology executive with over three decades of experience driving large-scale digital transformation across Fortune 500 enterprises, Gilbert will provide strategic guidance as Yorktel-Kinly continues to advance its innovation and growth agenda.
With an extensive background spanning leadership roles at IBM, HP, DXC Technology, Truist, and Aflac, Gilbert brings a unique perspective at the intersection of business strategy, technology innovation, and operational excellence. Most recently, as Chief Transformation Officer and Head of the Individual Benefits Division at Aflac, he led enterprise-wide initiatives that modernized digital systems, improved customer experience, and optimized performance across business units.
